Typical of the province of Trapani, Marsala is a liqueur wine known for its extreme adaptability in the kitchen as at the table. What makes this wine unique is a mixture of spicy, ripe, herbal and salty aromas with ethereal, floral, fruity, spicy and toasted notes that Ciokarrua combines with a minimum of 50% cocoa, for a hedonistic and intense experience.
The result will be a myriad of sensations on the palate: the nuance and persistence of the aromas together with the sweetness and body are cleverly balanced in the new lively flavors of the traditional Ciokarrua line.
