Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a return, email returns@orianalamarca.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.
  • Special Order & Pre Order may only be cancelled for refund within 24 hours of placing order, after that they may be cancelled for store credit only.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If returned items reduce the original order total below $100, a $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost or stolen returned items)

Final Sale Items

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • ALL SPECIAL ORDER & FOOD ITEMS  ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • Pre-order clothing may only be returned or exchanged for store credit.
  • Custom designed bracelets or custom size bracelets (aside from standard medium) may be exchanged for different size or returned for store credit

Holiday Return Policy

  • Orders placed between 12/1 – 12/31 are eligible for extended returns through 1/15

Sale items and Special Order items remain FINAL SALE, even during the holiday period.
