Order Processing & Status

  • In-stock items please allow 2–4 business days to produce and ship your order 
  • In the event an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified within 24-48 hours and your will ship immediately once they arrive.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has been processed.
  • Orders containing a special order or pre order item will be shipped once the pre order is available and the order is complete
  • ***PRE ORDER &  SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS MAY ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HRS OF PLACING ORDER**

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • 
All orders placed between 12:00pm on Fridays and 11:59pm on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Responsibility

  • All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio with attention to detail and quality care.

• Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they are marked as shipped.

• Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended to protect your purchase during transit.

• Orders that decline shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reshipment in the event of loss, theft, or carrier-related issues.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and secure prior to placing an order.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships; please monitor tracking and delivery updates directly with the carrier.

• If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier before contacting us.


• Any shipping claims for insured packages must be filed within the designated timeframe.

Damages and Claims:

  • Email info@orianalamarca.com within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. 
  • Orders containing Navidium Purchase Protection will be replaced at no charge.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $6.99 (orders over $100 ship with FREE standard shipping option)
  • Standard shipping transit time is 2–5 business days, depending on location (delivery date is NOT guaranteed and simply an estimate)
  • Orders are shipped via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (or comparable service).

Express Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is available for $29.99.

  • Transit time is 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (ET) ship same day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM (ET) ship the following business day.

International Shipping

  • All international orders ship at a flat rate of $32.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and import charges, which vary by country.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has begun processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Special Order & Pre Order may only be cancelled for refund within 24 hours of placing order, after that they may be cancelled for store credit only.
