Warranty & Repair Policy
Each Oriana Lamarca Designs piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. While we stand behind our quality and craftsmanship, jewelry is inherently delicate and may require repair over time.
Repair Coverage & Fees
- Manufacturer defects will be repaired at no charge within 120 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
- Repairs requested after 120 days or deemed to be caused by normal wear, misuse, or damage will incur a repair fee.
- A $10 restringing fee applies, provided all original beads and charms are included.
- Repairs requiring replacement beads, charms, or components will be evaluated and priced on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Repair
- Email info@orianalamarca.com to request a repair authorization.
- Please include:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Order number
- Description of the repair needed
- You will receive a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly labeled on the outside of your package.
Shipping Instructions
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Repairs must be shipped using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or insured mail).
- Please include a self-addressed envelope with prepaid postage for return shipment.
Repair Timeline
- Most repairs are completed and shipped within 7–14 business days after receipt.
Repair Eligibility
- Repairs are only accepted for items purchased directly from orianalamarcadesigns.com.
- For repairs on items purchased from one of our authorized retailers, contact original point of purchase.
- We do not accept returns or repairs for worn merchandise outside of this policy.
